Dave Hunt – Managing Director
Dave joined Live Lettings after completing his business degree at Sheffield Hallam
University. He is responsible for the day to day management of Live Letting Exchange
and the overall strategic direction of this side of Live's Business. His team is
responsible for maximising the sales and income opportunities for our business partners.
In his spare time, Dave is a keen golfer.
Jennifer Clay - Field Sales
Jen joined Live Lettings Exchange in July 2008 coming from a 10 year field sales
background. Jens role is New Business Development nationwide, responsible for building
relationships with Letting Agents across the country to use all or part of Live
Lettings Exchange services. Jen lives in Farnborough and enjoys music and live entertainment.
Katie Shaw - Field Sales
Katie has recently joined Live Letting Exchange coming from a successful sales background within the property industry.
Katie is responsible for developing new business in the North through building partnerships with Lettings Agents in the region.
Kate Maddison - Business Development Manager
Kate joined the Live Letting Exchange in August 2008. Having entered the estate
agency field in 1998 as a Trainee Negotiator, Kate later moved into the Lettings
Industry to work for one of the UK’s largest letting agents as a Lettings Manager
and subsequently acquired her ARLA qualification in June 2007. In her position as
Business Development Manager, Kate is responsible for maintaining successful relationships
and presenting new products and services to our business partners, nationwide.
Tracy Sweet – Training And Development
Tracy joined Live Lettings Exchange in December 2008 having spent the last few years in
an assessment and training role delivering work based learning in the south of England.
In her role as Training Officer she is responsible for nationwide recruitment,
training and quality control of Inventory Clerks. Her interests include property refurbishment and interior design.
Ashlee Ryalls - Accounts
Ashlee Ryalls joined the
LIVE group as a Sales Executive in the call centre in October 2004. She was promoted
to Team Leader dealing with all incoming client questions before moving across to
Live Lettings in March 2007. Ashlee provides the senior management team with financial
management support working closely with both clients and suppliers. Outside work,
Ashlee is pursuing the next stage of her Financial Qualifications as well as looking
after her young family.
Carl Mattin - Solutions Developer
Carl joined the Live Organisation in June 2008. He brings his strong software development
skills of enterprise multi tiered systems to the business.
Carl is the Senior Technical Architect for our lettings site
and has employed the latest techniques and technologies to enhance performance and functionality.
Carl is an expert in C#, VB, Java, Ajax and XML Web services.
In his spare time he enjoys golf and mountain biking.
